Intercity Terms and Conditions – Wagering Platform Guidelines

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and intercity ("Company", "we", or "our platform"), which operates the website and mobile application under the domain intercity.onl.

Intercity is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, Live Casino, slot games, and a variety of other digital entertainment services. Our platform operates under a recognised international licence and complies with all fairness and security standards set by independent regulatory bodies.

This Agreement applies to all use of the intercity platform, including via the website, iOS mobile app, and Android mobile app. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use intercity's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not currently holding an active intercity account or having had one previously suspended

Intercity reserves the right to verify each member's identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. Required documents may include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official identification. This verification process is in place to protect your account security and meet the platform's compliance requirements.

Intercity reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without the need to provide any reason.

03 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. Your obligations include:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login details with anyone
• Ensuring no one else accesses your account without authorisation
• Notifying intercity immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Regarding deposits:

Regarding withdrawals:

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the intercity platform are subject to the betting rules set for each game category. Members are responsible for understanding the rules before placing any bet.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specified by intercity
• Intercity reserves the right to void or reverse bets in the event of a technical error or incorrect information

07 Prohibited Activities

• Collusion — colluding with other players to cheat the system or other players

08 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the intercity customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all active bets have been settled and the account balance has been fully withdrawn.

Intercity also reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

Intercity strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption; however, we cannot guarantee 100% service availability at all times. In the event of a disruption, intercity will notify members and work to restore service as quickly as possible.

10 Privacy Policy
